CUET 2022 Exam: National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 exam to enroll students into various UG programmes offered at all central universities including DU, JNU, JMI, EFLU and the University of Allahabad.
CUCET exam has been replaced with the CUET 2022 exam for admission to central universities. Students aiming to study undergraduate programmes in central universities have to appear in the CUET which is now mandatory. A student’s Board marks will have no role in determining his/her admission to a college or a programme. It will be based only on his/her CUET marks, however, board marks could be the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.
CUET 2022 Latest Updates
CUET 2022 Registration has been postponed to begin from 06th April 2022 as announced by National Testing Agency. Now, the registration process for CUET will be conducted from 06th April to 06th May 2022 (5 pm). The exam is to be held in the 1st and 2nd week of July 2022 in 2 slots, Slot 1: 195 minutes (3:15 hours) and Slot 2: 225 minutes (3:45 hours).

CUET 2022 Notification
University Grants Commission (UGC) has released a notice regarding the CUET 2022 exam. How to fill CUET Application Form 2022?
The candidates have to fill out CUET Application Form 2022 to get registered for the Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET). Follow the below steps to fill CUET 2022 Application Form.
- Step 1 – Visit the official website of the CUET to fill CUET Application Form 2022.
- Step 2 – Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register for the programme.
- Step 3 – After clicking, candidates will be able to see three programmes options- UG, PG, and RP. Click on the link you wish to apply for.
- Step 4 – Complete the registration process by entering details like program applied for, name, valid e-mail-id, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen.
- Step 5 – Once all details are submitted, the application number and password are generated and are sent to the registered email address and mobile number.
- Step 6 – Use the application number and password to log in and fill up the application form by entering the log-in details like personal, academic qualification and communication address.
- Step 7 – Upload scanned images of a recent passport-sized photograph and signature in prescribed format and dimensions.
- Step 8 – Select the examination centres- In order of preference, select and enter the exam centres.
- Step 9 – On successful online application submission with payment of fees through an automated e-mail and SMS is sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number.

As CUET is an entrance exam for admissions to UG courses at the Central Universities, which have been established under an Act of the Parliament, each Central University must follow the norms set by the Government of India, with respect to intake and reservation of seats. 1. CUET 2022 will be conducted in an online mode this year, earlier, the exam was offline.
2. CUET (UG) – 2022 will consist of the following 4 sections namely-
- ➢ Section IA – 13 Languages
- ➢ Section IB – 19 Languages
- ➢ Section II – 27 Domain-specific Subjects
- ➢ Section III – General Test
3. The question paper will be MCQ type only and there will be a total of 175 questions out of which 140 questions are to be attempted.
4. A Candidate can choose a maximum of any 3 languages from Section IA and Section IB together.
5. Section II consists of 27 Subjects, out of which a candidate may choose a maximum of 6 Subjects.

CUET 2022 Admit Card
CUET Admit Card will be released around 10 to 15 days before the exam date announced for CUET 2022. The CUET Admit Card will consist of the exam centre address, exam timings application number and course applied.
CUET hall ticket 2022 along with a valid photo ID is the mandatory document on the day of the examination. In case of any discrepancy in the CUET 2022 admit card, they need to contact the exam conducting authorities immediately and rectify the error.
CUET 2022 Answer Key
The authorities will release the provisional answer key of CUET 2022 in July 2022 in online mode. The test takers can calculate their possible marks through the CUET answer key 2022. In case of any discrepancy in the CUET 2022 answer key, the candidates could contest the answer key by providing the supporting documents within the stipulated time. CUET 2022 Result
CUET Result 2022 will be announced on the official website within a month period after the exam is conducted. The result will be displayed in online mode only. The CUET Result 2022 will consist of the score obtained in the entrance exam and its qualifying status. CUET 2022 Cut Off
The CUET Cut Off 2022 will be released after the CUET 2022 exam is completed. The CUET Cut Off will be released along with the scorecard of the entrance examination.
Only the candidates who score more than the Cut Off marks are invited to participate in online/offline CUET counselling by the relevant authority.
The CUET Cut Off will be based on the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, previous year cut off marks and the number of seats available. The cut-off marks may vary depending upon the programmes and the universities.
